Hayden Real Estate has a history dating back over eighty years to a partnership created in Ballarat by Mr Basil Hayden. Since these humble beginnings, the business has expanded to include offices in Anglesea, Torquay, Geelong, Ballarat and South Yarra all trading under the Hayden banner. In 2005 Hayden merged with Bellarine Peninsula’s McKewan Real Estate to create the biggest and most recognised Real Estate team on the coast.
SURF COAST
Hayden Real Estate is a long standing member of the Real Estate Institute and we are proud of our role in the ongoing development of the Surf Coast since commencing trading in Torquay in 1949. The company has evolved from a small office operated by members of the Hayden family on their weekends and holidays, to the largest real estate practice on the Surf Coast.
In 1989 a branch office was opened in Anglesea which has since grown to become one of the leading players in the Anglesea, Aireys Inlet and Fairhaven markets. This office became a stand alone enterprise in July 2001.
Currently employing over twenty staff between the two companies, Hayden offer services in all facets of residential and commercial real estate, from sales, leasing, marketing and property management to investment and development consultancy and valuation.
Hayden takes pride in maintaining a stable and committed staff. This means familiar faces for our clients and the knowledge they have the backing of a reliable team to act on their best behalf.
Hayden Real Estate demonstrate proven experience in investment and
development, having been involved in a number of major subdivisions in the locality, as well as being responsible for the vast majority of commercial space under management within Torquay.
